I am on vacation in Portugal but the time is still Canada. How do I update so it chages to local time here in Portugal?

Hi, @sday1, welcome to the community, Your Fitbit Inspire 3 should follow your phone time but you can adjust the time displayed. 

How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? explains.
