How to adjust heart rate zones to dr's specifications

On my old watch (Versa), I was able to adjust the heart rate zones specific to my dr's specifications - I have IST, which gives me a higher-than-usual heart rate and means that my RHR is different depending on my posture (lying down vs sitting vs standing), similar to POTS but totally benign. I am not seeing this option on the Inspire, so it tracks my activity in the wrong zones (saying I'm in "moderate" when I'm not even in my specific "light" zone). Does anyone know if this can be done, and if so, how?

To be a little more specific:

What my watch registers as my RHR is my lying down RHR, which is typically in the high 60s, low 70s. However, my sitting RHR is usually high 80s, low 90s, and my standing RHR is typically in the 100 to 110 range. My dr said that we should base my exercise zones on my standing RHR; my light exercise zone would then 130+, moderate would be 150+, and vigorous would be 180+, with my max being 200.

What my watch is calculating as my Light zone is anything under 127, Moderate is 128 to 151, and Vigorous is 152 to 181.

So anything in Light (according to my watch), I'm not actually really exercising, maybe a light stroll or even just feeling a bit stressed, not really increasing my heart rate significantly. Anything my watch registers as moderate is actually light (with the exception of that 1 point at the top), and vigorous is actually moderate (again, with the exception of that 1 point at the top).

Any suggestions?
