Am i right in thinking that I can’t actually talk to anybody about my non-functioning Fitbit? The help functions are useless and I just go round in circles trying to find an answer in the black hole that is the community forum.

Hi @WigoWiggins you'll need to contact customer support by going to this page - click to go there - and filling out the required fields. As you progress, you will go from page to page, adding any required information. Ultimately you will arrive at the place where you can decide to receive or to make a call directly to support. It's the way you'll get things going.
