Inspire 3 incorrect hour

My Fitbit Inspire 3 will not move forward by an hour and sync with my phone in another country.

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 has the incorrect hour. 

To correct the time on your Inspire 3 please follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to your mobile app.
  2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Swipe to "App Settings"
  4. Tap “date, hour and units
  5. Choose "time zone"
  6. Turn off "Automatic time zone"
  7. Under "Select time zone" look for your country's time zone.
  8. Sync your watch and the app.

Hi, @Callaghans , did the response you received from the moderator solve your issue?

If not, the way to nudge your Fitbit to the correct time is to navigate to the Time Zone settings, as per the instructions from the moderator and then in the time zone area instead of choosing your country’s time zone, instead choose any WRONG timezone (strange as that sounds).  Once wrong time zone is chosen, sync your Fitbit.  

Next repeat the procedure, but this time choose the correct timezone and then sync again.
