Hi,

Just updated my inspire to latest firmware, see attachment.

Using latest app on Android 10.

Since the update all my activities get tracked automatically. Very annoying,  as I can't see the time while cycling due to the timer. In the app I ignored every actovity and restarted the watch, didn't help. My wife with the same config has exactly the same problem.

How can i disable automatic activity tracking?!

Actually I can see for people who want to use the Exercise App, it does have the advantage of automatically starting it. And it does have advantages, such as letting you pre-program stats to show on screen, set a workout goal in terms of time, steps, calories, zone minutes, etc,  better heart rate sampling.  But they are severely lacking in communication of these, and the effect of adding this option, turned on, to the update.

Actually it's not all activities, but apparently the ones you use.

Go to the Exercise App on your wrist.  Separately, select each, before starting, swipe up to see options specific to that exercise type and turn off auto-start.   That option is separate from the auto-detect.  After a few minutes, it makes it as if you had started it from the Exercise App.

This option was just added to the Inspire 3, although it was already available on a few other models.

Wow, thanks for the fast reply. I didabled it and hope it works.

The person who came up with the realization of the configuration interface should be sent  to programming/UI for beginners

I got rid of the automatic activity tracking.

But

I also got spinning added to my watch. In the app it's not there. How do I remove it? Syncing did not help

I had the same problem with Spinnng and few other exercises which are preset with detection on.  On the tracker you need to go to the exercise, scroll down to Auto Start and Auto Finish. if they are on (red), select to turn them off.  I think the other exercises I needed to do this for on the tracker were Bike, Walk, Run, Elliptical, Rowing and Workout.
