For the past 2 days my Inspire 3 seems to have auto detected random exercises that I am not engaged in. Shortly after I wake up, doing my morning chores was recognized as a "Workout" yesterday. I paused and finished it when I realized it was happening. I have all the auto-detect options set to "Ignored", but I reconfirmed and synced those settings.
Today the tracker did it again, but instead recorded a "Spinning" session. "Spinning" is not in my shortcuts, nor does it appear in the list of Auto Recognized exercises. And my morning chores are nowhere near as vigorous or similar to spinning.
Any ideas on how I correct this?

Okay, on the tracker I have found the way to disable Auto-Start & Auto-Stop specifically for the Spinning exercise.
Hopefully I won't need to do this for all 35 exercises.

After some experimentation, and perusing the manual, it looks like the newer trackers have controls that override the Fitbit app "Auto Recognize" settings, at least for the following exercises, Bike, Elliptical, Rowing, Run, Spinning, or Walk. And also the Workout exercise in my experience. I've now got all the Fitbit detect settings set to Ignored, and have individually set the Auto Start and Auto Finish settings through the tracker for the 5 or 6 specific exercises - and have so far avoided and auto detection since.
