I have an old account from an old Fitbit. I want to get rid of my 2-year-old data and start from scratch. I can't even change my current weight. Help!

Hi @SunsetRunner why not just get a new account and begin new with everything. It would be easier and you'd be ready to start those new stats right away.

Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post, we're here to help you!
I agree with @Odyssey13's advice. Creating a new account would be easier than deleting your data from the current account, also by creating a new account you have the chance to enter your new weight.
Nevertheless, I'd like to share with you the following help articles in case you decide to keep your current account:
- How do I delete my Fitbit account and service?
- How do I change the units of measurement in my Fitbit account?
