Hi, @B1n4 , welcome to the community, When you press the buttons for 10 seconds your Inspire 3 must be on the charging cable connected to a live USB power source. If you have done this and the result is as described, it would appear you have a faulty device. You do not mention how long you've had your Inspire 3, depending on where you are, when you bought it and from whom you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty Even if this is not the case I recommend you contact "Customer Support" , work through steps one & two then use the "Contact options" chat or phone for prompt attention.

Please post here again & let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Hi there, @B1n4. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is acting odd. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this! @Gr4ndp4 Thank you so much for your help!

Have you tried what Gr4ndp4 recommended?

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
  2. Tap your Fitbit device image.
  3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
