When I go to check stats on my Inspire 3 while active, I am greeted with an "Stop Exercise?" message and a GIANT 'YES" button. I don't want to see that message... ever. How do I disable this?? I've stopped my workout 3 times today (when all I want is to see stats)...
Enable Auto-Stop on the Inspire 3 for that type of exercise.
Swipe the watch face to the left until you get to Exercise, and then swipe down until you get to the exercise in question. Tap on it and swipe down to find the Auto-Stop - enable it.
i already have auto-stop enabled, so will try turning that off... will see how that goes.
thanks for point out these options!
Best AnswerFor myself, after they modified the Fitbit app software and added the Auto recognize feature, I found that to get back to the way it use to wotk, I had to do the following.
In the watch = AUTO-START "off" and AUTO-STOP "on" for each exercise,
In the phone Fitbit app = AUTO-RECOGNIZE "on" and time set for 10 min for each exercise I was interested in and the rest set to "ignored". This is accessed from the app by clicking Exercise Days and then select Activity Setting from the three dots in the upper hand corner.
