How to see SpO2 on Inspire 3?

I just unboxed my new Inspire 3 and have not been able to view an SpO2 reading. There is no watch face that includes it, and its not visible in the app either. Is there a waiting period like with the sleep tracking feature? The SpO2 app is installed on the device, but its not visible when swiping left/right.

I waited for the Inspire 3 specifically because of SpO2 tracking and Im a little bummed to see thats its simply not there.

On Inspire 3, the SpO2 app is automatically added for users in select countries. If it’s not installed:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Gallery.
  3. Search for “SpO2”.
  4. In the results, tap SpO2 or SpO2 Tracker > Install.

The SpO2 app doesn’t appear as an app on your Inspire 3; instead, it runs in the background to track your SpO2 data. Your can see your most recent average resting SpO2 levels on your device.

  1. Wear your Fitbit device to bed, and sync it in the morning.
  2. Swipe up to find the Oxygen Saturation or SpO2 tile. You see your most recent average resting SpO2 level.

It may take around an hour for your SpO2 values to appear after you sync your device. If your sleep session is split into 2 separate logs or you take a long nap, the clock face updates to show data for the most recent sleep session after your device syncs with the Fitbit app.

If you don't receive your blood oxygen saturation details, check this help article:

Hope this helps.

Hello @ThomasTT and welcome to the Community.  No Fitbit gives you real time SpO2.  It's only active at night.  You won't get a reading until tomorrow.  There's a section in Fitbit's Help article that says you don't need a special clock face (it's a little confusing and I've been reading them for years).  You should see your average sleeping SpO2 in your Health Metrics tomorrow.
