How to turn On / Off Call, Message and App Notifications on Inspire 3

Steps to turn on or off calls, message and individual app notifications on Inspire 3 for iPhone. I.e. To stop  Inspire 3 from vibrating every time you get a call or message / notification from apps installed on your phone. 

1) Open the Fitbit App on your phone

2) Tap the "Today" tab on the bottom left bar. 

3) Tap the icon at the top left of the screen indicating the battery % of your fit bit device

4) Select the device you want to adjust the notifications settings for (Inspire 3)
5) Tap Notifications- Turn off / on Calls, Text or Calendar events here. Tap App Notifications if you want to control individual app notifications.

The place I go to turn off notifications is the tiny BATTERY POWER STATUS icon??? This is in no way intuitive! Someone tell the developers! 😠 No one like to tap around and search online to figure out something that should be super simple.
