At this time there is no possibility to turn off the Inspire 3.

 

If needed you can restart it. Instructions can be found here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I don’t like to wear mine to bed and would like a shut off function. So, just take it off and let the battery die overnight?

@SunsetRunner my Inspire 3 goes twelve days between charging. The battery won't completely discharge from not being worn overnight.
