Pairing to iPhone 12
Using most current version of both the App and IOS
I have unistalled the app and reinstalled
I have shut down iPhone and turned it back on
I have restarted the Fitbit from the settings menu
I have gone from work WiFi to home WiFi
No other devices connected to Bluetooth
Bluetooth is absolutely on, it shows that in the Bluetooth section menu on my iPhone that during the pairing process the Fitbit is connected, but the App continues to search for a connnection and eventually fails.
Display screen of Fitbit say "Try Again" with a big X
No idea what's left to try.
Thanks all!

I should also add that both the iPhone and Fitbit are fully charged. I also tried with both plugged in to their respective chargers.
Thanks again!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble pairing your Fitbit Inspire 3 with your iPhone 12. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Make sure your Fitbit is fully charged. Low battery can affect the pairing process.
Reset your Fitbit Inspire 3 by following these steps: a. Go to the Settings app on your Fitbit. b. Scroll down and select "About". c. Scroll down and select "Factory Reset". d. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your device.
Make sure your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS.
Make sure the Bluetooth on your iPhone is turned on and your iPhone is discoverable. You can do this by going to Settings > Bluetooth and making sure it's turned on.
Forget the device on your iPhone by going to Settings > Bluetooth and tapping on the "i" icon next to your Fitbit device. Then, tap "Forget This Device".
Restart your iPhone and try pairing your Fitbit again.
If none of these steps work, try resetting the network settings on your iPhone by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will erase all saved Wi-Fi passwords, so you'll need to re-enter them.
If none of these steps work, you may want to contact Fitbit customer support for further assistance.

I have the same problem! I even did the factory reset! It work for 3 days, then it stopped syncing again… it’s not even 6 months old!!

Google Inspire 3 Fitbit factory reset videos. Remember, it has to be connected and charging at least 70 %.
