@HelloHelloHi Apple doesn't permit text replies from Fitbits. You can read your texts on your Fitbit, but it's not possible to respond. Apple wants you to buy an Apple Watch instead of a Fitbit, so it's unlikely that there will ever be a remedy for this issue.

Hi, @HelloHelloHi, welcome. Can you please let us know the make, model & OS of your cellphone? Fitbit setup requirements - Help explains some of the issues, note the minimum OS requirements, which change from time to time. Please post here to let us know.
