Hi, @Chrisinteractif is it definitely the Inspire 3 with a colour screen that you have?  There have been issues with early versions of the Inspire series (black and white screens) where this issue has been reported, but I have not before heard of this with the colour screen on the Inspire 3.

Whichever Inspire you have, please check in the settings menu that the display has not accidentally been changed to “Dim”.  From the clock face swipe down until you come to the settings menu.  Tap to open, and then tap “display settings” swipe to “brightness” and swipe and tap to choose among normal, max, or dim.

restart might also help.
