I can't select some clock faces

I just received my Inspire 3 watch today and wanted to change the clock face, but I can't because it says I need to do an update. The problem is, there doesn't seem to be any update available, at least according to my phone. I've checked multiple forums and followed all the advice:

- Restarted both the watch and the phone

- Stopped the sync and restarted it

- Checked for updates in the Apple Store for the Fitbit app and uninstalled and reinstalled it to ensure I have the latest version

Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do next? It's a brand new, unused watch. Am I supposed to wait for an update to show up?

@Juuliiettee    All Fitbits have the firmware from when they were manufactured.   The Inspire 3 got at least two firmware updates since its release.  It is very common for a brand new device to say it is up to date.  Fitbit is constantly sending out firmware updates to newly activated drives.  You should get your in 24-48 hours or so.
