"Today" always has a message about a cardio load target, like here:
However going into detail of Cardio load always tells me I have no target and I need to wear my device to track progress, like so:
I am wearing the device, it is tracking cardio load, and it does give me a target. Just not where it would be obvious to see it. This has been this way since this feature rolled out. Andoid app, Inspire 3.

@kmt ,A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your messages and reports.
The bug that caused Cardio target load to not appear in the Fitbit App for some Customers has been fixed. Performing a manual sync in the Fitbit app (pull-down on the Today screen) is the recommended work-around to populate the Cardio target load value.
Let us know how it goes.

Nope, still no target at top admonishing me to wear my device followed by graph showing it is indeed tracking load followed by a notification about what my target is.

(Never mind, figured out how to unmark best answer. There is no best answer for this so far. I'm still being told I have no target and I need to wear my device to be shown a target, right near where it shows it's tracking load and indeed has a target set for me. I have the most recent app available on my Android phone.)
