Hi @TheRealSue you restart the Inspire 3? It's one of the suggestions when things aren't quite right.
Best AnswerLast update seems to have broken multiple sync points. I am also with Manulife and not getting credited for my workouts. And Manulife, Inspire 3 and Fitbit app all have different data. I have done all the reinstall, reconnect trouble steps to no avail. They need to get this sorted as it will soon cost me money.
I am having similar problems. Data on device (Fitbit) seems correct. Steps , Readiness Score and who knows what else are not syncing up with Fitbit app data. I have restarted everything multiple times.
I am growing increasingly frustrated with Fitbit. I know Apple OS can make things difficult.
Best AnswerI have had this same issue over and over. Sometimes it's right (assuming I can trust) but more often than not, it will show the same data for several days. I have taken all the measures suggested and it's just a heinous glitch that should have been fixed long ago I recently noted that on Sunday evening (my day off) that the app, not my watch, will show ridiculous data which makes me very distrustful. If anyone has insight, I'd love to hear it. I'd suffer a call, but know that they will pander and not give me definitive data. Thank you for letting me rant.
