Inspire 3 stopped syncing

I just bought Inspire 3 and can’t get it to sync. I want to return it. Sick of poor service.

Hi @Jehreth  it depends on where and when you purchased it. Fitbit directly, you have 15 days in which to begin the process of a return. Other retailers have varying windows in which to return it for a refund or exchange. Once that time period is over, you need to work with support to get it working.
