Cannot set up AFib notifications on Inspire 3. Select set up and the verify eligibility page with birthdate populated comes up. Next button at bottom of screen is grayed out. Cannot do anything from this page. Have contacted support multiple times. Have tried removing app, restarting Fitbit multiple times, and more. Even replaced the device with a new one. iPhone 11, up to date. Fitbit app up to date. Fitbit up to date. My husband’s works fine. Same fitbit model but much but iPhone 8! Can anyone help resolve this issue? Thank you
