Hi,

We had the inspire 2 & the irregular heartbeat stopped working. When trying to open, the wheel spins then nothing. It then locks the app forcing you to close & re-open the app. We just got the inspire 3, & it's doing the same thing. This was the primary reason I got this. Wrote the company & still no resolve. So will it ever be fixed? I see a bunch of complaints for the same thing on message boards.
