Inspire 3 randomly deleting steps

The last two days, in the evening my Fitbit has stopped logging steps. When it finally starts again, it moves my step count back by 2000 or so… how do I fix this? I know the original step count was accurate, it’s also. Ot logging exercise like it should.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the steps tracked by your Inspire 3.

I was able to check this in the system and everything looks ok in our end, the steps log are shown normal every time you have synced your device. Can you probably take a screenshot of before and after this happens, please? So we can double check this situation.

Also, make you sure to wear correctly your Inspire 3, since this may impact the tracking of your data.
