Inspire 3 Battery Life 4-5 days

I've had my Inspire 3 2 months or so, and the battery life is 4-5 days, certainly NOT 10 days.  Because there is no option to shut it down when not in use, which would extend the battery life, Also, there is no indicator on any of the clock faces to indicate how low the battery is.  I either have to go into the app or attach the watch to its charger to see how full the battery is.  I don't know how FitBit arrived at a 10-day battery life.
