Inspire 3--Black Screen & won't sync

  • I got my Inspire 3 on May 2.
  • This happened within about a month of getting it, but we were on vacation, so I just put it away.
  • The screen is black.
  • When I do the reset steps (plug it up, hold down sides for 10 seconds), it does show the Fitbit logo, but then it just goes away.  Yes, I tried it multiple times.
  • I can't change the clock face, because it will not sync with my phone.  
  • Bluetooth is turned on on my phone. Nothing else is connected. It is in close proximity.
  • Nothing will work, but it does vibrate when I hold/touch the sides.

What else can I try?? I am very frustrated because it seems like this is a very common problem.

Having same problem but mine is a Fitbit charge 3.  Blank screen but gives all data on Apple Watch. After CHANGING CLOCK FACE I MANAGED TO READ FITBIT ON MY device  but nothing else appeared after following all instructions  recharge etc   Dose that mean after reading lots of all your comments and answers on this subject   Perhaps it would be simlpier for us all just to be able to contact a professional  at Fitbit but any ideas for me would be appreciated.

Just realized that mine hasn't sync'd in 5 days and now I can't get it to connect to the bluetooth at all.  Sooooo frustrating!!
