Hello,
I was having a problem with my inspire 3, where the latches connect there seems to be chipped plastic causing my bands to fall off constantly at the smallest movement. Looking through posts it seemed to be a semi common problem. I reached out to support and gave them all the information they asked for over a few days and now they have stopped responding. It has been a few days of silence. Is this the normal response time from them? I don’t have the time in the upcoming weeks to do a live chat so unfortunately email is my only option for a while. Prior to that the communication was slow but they were responding at least once a day.
