Hello,
I own a Fitbit Inspire 3. After swimming in a pool, the display went entirely dark and never lights up again — the screen remains completely black. The device still connects to the Fitbit app and responds to haptics/vibration, but the battery drains from full charge to empty in about 5–6 hours.
I have tried basic troubleshooting (drying, different charger, full reboot) — no change.
Since the product is just under one year old, and this appears to be a hardware failure under normal use, I request a warranty replacement or repair of the device.
Please advise on next steps.
Thank you.

I have done all of the above plus more and no luck. Screen is still black after leaving the fitbit out to dry. It charged slowly and loses charge in a few hours.
How can I go about getting it replaced?

Hello @PoorHelene!
I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 turned off after use in the water, thank you for all the troubleshooting steps you tried.
Does your Inspire 3 have any condensation due to humidity? For example, on the sensors or the screen?

@MaCrisGBFitbit - no I've even taken off the straps and there is absolutely no visible condensation or moisture. The haptic "clicks" but no actual long vibration.
