I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some troubles regarding the screen of your Inspire 3 .

This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I can understand your feelings about this situation. 

I suggest you to try some steps: 

Sync your device: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

Restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
(You can try the charging cable restart procedure). 

Change the clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
(Please choose a Fitbit clock face).
