Hi, @MsVeeB , welcome to the community. This symptom is usually related to a failure to sync your Inspire 3 (or other Fitbit device) with the Fitbit app on your phone. May I suggest you review Why won't my Fitbit device sync? - Android - Fitbit Help Center,
