I purchased my fitbit a few months ago and in the last few weeks or so it will show me what I consider to be conflicting data. For example, it will say I received 8 active zone minutes with some of those minutes in the vigorous/peak zones, however when I look at the heart rate graph on the same screen, it says my heart rate never exceeded the "light exercise" zone. Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a glitch or am I just not understanding how the fitbit tracks zone minutes?
Thanks!

Hello @MJ29810 and welcome to the Community. You have heart rate graphs in two places, in your heart rate tile/icon and your AZM tile/icon. Both graphs give an average heart rate over five minutes. The peaks and valleys get smoothed out. Your one minute in the vigorous/peak gets a little lost in the other four minutes.

Thanks for the quick response! I do have a follow-up question, though:
When I'm at work (when the issue happens) I don't find myself working so vigorously to get my heart rate into those higher zones. I feel like I would notice such an increase. In your opinion, is it normal for such a jump in heart rate to occur over a short period and not show up on the graph?
Thanks!
