How do I get my new Inspire 3 to download my activity to my existing account where my previous Fitbit One info has been recorded for nine years?

I haven't found the process for doing that as all of the "sync"
instructions seem to be directed to setting up with a mobile phone and
Google.

@Vapaddlerif you have an existing Fitbit account, you can keep using it until 2025, when you will need to get a Google account. If you have a compatible tablet or smartphone, that is the only way to sync. Windows on a computer was removed in October 2022.
