Inspire 3 GPS and app refresh issues

Hello, I am having issues with my week old Inspire 3, at first the gps tracking worked great but now it won’t work at all. I just updated it thought that was the issue but it still won’t connect no matter how long I wait.

I’m not sure if the issue is due to background app refresh, which is turned on, as the app won’t stay running in the background no matter what. (Bluetooth is on, app refresh is on)

Regardless, GPS won’t connect even if I keep my phone on with the app open.

Any tips to try to fix this?
