Fitbit app says my cardio zone begins at 118 beats per minute. But my Fitbit watch only shows cardio zone when I get to 125 beats per minute. Which is correct?

Hi, @MikeSmith85, welcome to the community, you may find this article of use How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? which provides information & advice.
In essence, the figures on your Fitbit app on your phone are the result of the formula described above. You seem to be noting a discrepancy of 7BPM in the "Inspire 3" display, I'm not sure what the sampling rate is for the display on the device but it will introduce a discrepancy. Is this consistent?
Let us know.
Cheers

Is a consistent, you ask? Well, it’s consistently refusing to use my “personalized” rates. My personalized cardio zone begins at 116 bpm but what the watch actually requires me to get to is 126 bpm before I go into cardio zone. And in similar fashion, to get to the fat burn zone, my personalized rate is 95 bpm, but what the watch requires me to get to is 105 bpm. I’ve tried restarting my Watch, and I’ve tried reloading the app (as a result of two chat sessions); neither made any difference.
