I've had my inspire 3 for almost two years now and its been working great on tracking my workouts. I did the latest update (Firmware 63.20001.210.26) and now my heart rate not accurate when i do my workouts. A workout that I had done previously and my heart rate measured 135 at its peak is now not measuring above 105. I'm also not getting any activity points at all for any of my workouts even though I'm sweating up a storm. I've tried restarting and resyncing but it didn't work. Any ideas on how to fix this? Or is anyone else having problems with their hear rate monitoring?

I also having this problem. I thought maybe it was because I got it wet without the water lock being on, but then I remembered the update. Relieved to see I’m not the only one. But also very disappointed.

Yep. Not even half the zone points for the same exercise. My hart rate doesn't get as high as it did and I don't think I have suddenly got fitter the same night I did the latest update.
Then driving home on the highway relaxed I am congratulated for earning zone minutes and hart rate is 130!

I got a new Fitbit b/c I thought it was just old and not working properly. New one, got the update and same thing. My 60 min walk that used to give me 60 cardio minutes gives me 15. What the heck?

The heart rate measurement and zone minute issues are reportedly due to the implementation of Google's new heart rate measurement algorithm that was developed using their machine learning capability into the latest 210.26 FW release.

Great question, but this lack of communication is a Google issue, because Fitbit doesn't exist anymore.
Aside from an occasional Fitbit forum Moderator providing help on some issues, which is much appreciated, I have seen zero responses from anyone at any level from Google on this forum trying to help in any way to address their product performance issues.
