Hello! I’m 32 male and have been using my Inspire 3 for about 9 months now and have really enjoyed the product through and through. Recently, I noticed that while doing my pre-weight cardio exercises: my heart rate isn’t being monitored properly. I first noticed it when I would hit certain time goals and still hadn’t burned the same amount of calories (stay with me here, I know what you might be thinking). Today, while I was doing the same cardio exercises, it was registering that my HR was around 124 (fat burn zone) but my pulse was MUCH higher and I should have been in Cardio. Or other times, I would feel my heart in the fat burn zone, but it would register my HR to be around 100. My concern for this isn’t life-threatening, but I focus a lot of my attention on staying within a certain HR zone while weight lifting and my goal is to burn X-amount of calories per workout. But I feel like I am unable to monitor my HR properly if it’s registering it lower than what it actually is and that it’s not registering the calories burned accurately. Thank you in advance for your help!
And I have already reset the device before

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jaron1204. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 heart rate is not accurate and thank you for letting us know that you already restarted your device.
Heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your wrist For more information, see: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?
*What were you doing when you noticed the problem? If you were exercising, specifically what types of exercise?
*Were you wearing the Fitbit device particularly tight or loose?
*What was the position of the Fitbit device on your wrist?
