Looking to buy an Inspire 3 for monitoring irregular heartbeats. Does anyone have any experience with the ECG feature and do you think it’s beneficial? I’ve been having episodes of feeling like a notable CHUG in my chest during either exercise or getting high from delta 8. I could just be overthinking it, but would love to get some peace of mind or help if I really need it.

Hello @everett4 and welcome to the Community. You wrote Irregular Rhythm in your title, but wrote ECG in your text. These are two different features. Some Fitbits can perform a 30 second ECG. The Inspire 3 does not have the hardware to do this. The Charge 6 and Sense 2 have the hardware. But they can only report that your heart rate is normal, it looks like atrial fibrillation, or it is inconclusive.
The Irregular Rhythm Notification is available on the Inspire 3. It looks for signs of atrial fibrillation. That is the only abnormal rhythm it can look for. Only you can decide if this feature might help you.
