Inspire 3 - Login failed account

Hello, lastly I discovered I can't login to my account anymore. I tried google, I get an error and if I try to send the email for recover password, I don't get any emails.

Have you already updated the Fitbit app? There's a new update.

If you have migrated your account to Google please see the Google Accounts help article:

  1. Follow the steps to recover your account. You'll be asked some questions to confirm it's your account and an email will be sent to you. If you don’t get an email:

2. Choose a password that you haven't already used with this account. Learn how to create a strong password.

Hello @FatimaFitbit !

Everything works fine now, but the only thing that accured yesterday is that it doesn’t want to sync anymore. If I press sync now, it says “Cannot sync device!”

Which phone modell and iOS or Android version do you have?

I am using the IPhone XR. I did all 11 steps and it isn’t syncing now.

Sorry to bother again but my Fitbit got deleted in the Fitbit app for some reason and I can’t get it back in. It shows “Oops, please try again!”
