Two days ago, the app on my phone said it wasn't connected to the fitbit website. I tried logging it, but it failed. The error message says "Fitbit.com is unavailable. Please try again later." I have tried multiple times over the last two days with the same error message.
I have have shut down and restarted my phone. I have restarted the Inspire 3. I have shut off the Bluetooth and reconnect -- the Inspire 3 won't connect to the bluetooth.
I also tried to look at my metrics on my computer. Apparently Fitbit no longer allows people to track their progress using the computer app.
It appears there was a Fitbit update on Jan. 28th. Is this the source of the issues?
Suggestions?

Hi, @lkw08 welcome to the community, I'm not aware of a Fitbit server issue (but that depends on where you are) If you have not logged in with your Google account you should do so.., How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account - Fitbit Help Center explains. Your other move will be to Delete & reload the Fitbit app on your phone, you do not mention the make, model or OS of your phone, there is a limit to the list Fitbit Compatible Devices - Help
The belt & braces process to delete & reload the Fitbit app is as follows. Sync the app on your phone if you can, go to the phone settings>fitbit app>force stop>clear cache & storage>uninstall the app>go to connected devices on your phone & forget your Fitbit device>RESTART YOUR PHONE>reload the Fitbit app & set it up again logging in with your Google account.
I hope this helps, please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers

If you have an Android phone that runs on anything less than OS 10, your fitbit will not sync. Thanks to its relationship with Google, Fitbit is now adding pressure to upgrade phones. Thankfully, we all have other options that don't include Apple, Google, or Fitbit.
