My Inspire 3 is still losing steps. I reach 10,000 + and then the steps drop below 10,000. This can happen multiple times in a short period of time. I have posted about this in the past, but did not get a response.
Best AnswerHi, @DaleRae , welcome. For the sake of clarity, can you please confirm you are following this delete/reload procedure? Restart your Fitbit device. Sync your Fitbit app by sliding your finger down the "Today" screen & releasing. Go to your phone's settings > Apps > Fitbit > Force stop>clear storage>uninstall. RESTART YOUR PHONE. Go to the Play Store and reload the Fitbit app, log in with your Google account & set up your device again, as you synced at the beginning, your data will be safe.
