I looked for similar issues in previous threads and tried restarting my system as recommended, no change. Device is brand new. Any ideas?

@Roumaa , A warm welcome to the Community !Thank you for your message. 

 

Please make sure that the Inspire 3 is not on Clip mode. 

Swipe down from the top of the screen to access quick settings.

Search for the Worn on writs/Clipped on body option. 

To change the setting tap on it > Confirm.
