I just got the Inspire 3 a few days ago and things were working correctly up until today. I was receiving vibration reminders to get up and move every hour without issue until today when it randomly stopped reminding me in the middle of the day.
Do Not Disturb mode is off, Sleep mode is off, and I have reminders to move turned on in my FitBit app. I have vibration set to Strong so I'm positive I would notice if it was vibrating. The alarm this morning to wake me up worked, so if the vibration can wake me up from sleep, it should be noticeable when I am awake. So I'm positive it's just not vibrating at all. It's clearly vibrating for other things, but not reminders to move. I have to remember to check every hour which defeats the whole point of that feature.
