I recently purchased the Inspire 3, for the past year I had used the Inspire 2 with no issue on the app. I've had it for 6 days, it won't track sleep, calories and zone minutes, however does appear to be tracking steps but not sure if its just because its synced to my Samsung Health app on my phone.
Ive done all the troubleshooting suggestions and still cant seem to get it to work
I've selected "sensitive mode" for the sleep capture, despite never needing this for the inspire 2, I've restarted the device several times, I've reinstalled the app several times, I've charged it to full and repeated those steps, I've checked and can only see the Inspire 3 decive on the "My Devices" tab on the app, the strap is comfortably fitted and doesn't feel loose.
I dont wish to complain, as I really benefitted from the fitbit data with my last device and want this to work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Hi @Lmb1991 ! Warm welcome to the Fitbit Community !
I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing some troubles regarding sleep, calories and zone minutes with your Inspire 3.
I would be happy to give you some tips in order to solve this.
Could you please check in the quick settings of your tracker, swiping down from the clock screen, if you have selected the worn on wrist option ?
Also, in "Other settings" please verify if the heart rate tracking is turn on.
