Hello,

 

So I’ve recently changed phones and since then I am now not getting notifications when someone rings my phone on my fit bit. I used to get text messages come through on my Fitbit and also phone calls but now I get nothing.

Ive checked all settings and I can’t see where I am going wrong. I have tried to remove the device from my iPhone but I don’t have the I symbol next to it to remove it.

im going mad with it so any help would be fab!
