Inspire 3 - Relax app, blue circle animation is not showing

The blue animated circle (that indicates when to breathe in and out) in the relax  app has disappeared. Some months ago. I do not know why. Have restarted the watch and so on but nothing happens. Please help

I'm sorry to know that you aren't able to see the blue animated circle in the relax app. 

In order to better understand this situation, could you please tell me if you can see the green lights in the back of your device? 
I recommend as well to verify that your Fitbit App is updated. How do I update the Fitbit app?

Similar question: I don't have the animated circle either. This is a one-week old Inspire 3 and the relax app has only worked once. Since I don't have a circle, I follow the wrist buzzes instead and always end up with a "low alignment" message.

I used an older model Charge Fitbit for years and never had a problem with the relax function.

I have restarted the device, checked for updates, and have green lights on the back.

I'm sorry to hear that you don't have the animated circle, either, in the relax app. 
Could you please verify which version of the Fitbit app is installed on your phone ?

I initially downloaded the Fitbit app a week ago, then a couple of days later I was asked to do some sort of system upgrade that took 20 minutes.. My current app version is 4.14.

Could you please try to update, because right now, we are under 4.30 version?

I'm having the same problem.

... I have the 4.30 update and have restarted my Inspire 3. The blue circle is still not showing up.

I’m also having this problem. I just got my Inspire 3 two days ago. The relax app worked fine until I updated my fitbit yesterday.

I have tried everything and my Fitbit app is up to date (version 4.32).

To better assist you, may I know more details of the issue? 

Please note that the circle should expand as you inhale and contract as you exhale. If yours is now not expanding and contracting then I would recommend giving your Fitbit a restart .  Also, make sure that your Inspire 3 is up-to-date.

I have been having a similar problem with my Inspire 3. I got the device 3 days ago and the circle has stopped appearing. I have restarted it multiple times, checked for the green lights on the back, and updated both the app and device to their latest versions. The circle has not reappeared. Does anyone know what else can I do to resolve this issue?

I have the same issue with the blue circle no longer working and the relax app seems to freeze up and not work properly. I have reset the inspire 3, deleted and reinstalled the app and still not working. Just got this inspire 3 and disappointed so far.

Having the same issue. Start the relax app it says to follow the circle and then goes to the screen with a white circle a bar at the bottom.

There used to be a coloured circle that was animated, this not longer appears. 

The device (inspire 3) has been reset.

App version: 4.32(110161828)

Firmware: 63.20001.210.26

I am having the same issue. I have done all of the suggested things!  This began after I did the most recent firmware update.  My app is up to date, and the green light is there.  I have restarted the device a couple of times.  Thank you!

I am having the same problem. I got mine a week ago. Everything is up to date and I have restarted it several times and it’s still not working. Very disappointing.

I'm having the same issue. I made sure notifications are up to date and did a watch restart. Still not working. Even though the circle isn't expanding and contracting I went ahead and did the session. The beeps are working. Afterwards, I noticed that it did not register on my fitbit home page that I had done a mindfulness setting. Not sure why it won't work!

Hi, I just recently bought my inspire 3 about 4 days ago and the relax circle hasn’t expanded or worked yet, my watch and app are both updated to the most recent version, is there a possibility it will be fixed or is it a hardware issue and I should return it?
