Inspire 3 - Relax app not working properly

When I first got my inspire 3 the relax app had a blue circle that got bigger and smaller with breathing. I updated it and it still says “follow the circle” but there is no circle. I updated it again later but still no circle.

Subject: Urgent: Unresolved Issues with the Relax App on Inspire 3

Dear Google Team,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the ongoing issues with the Relax app on the Inspire 3. Despite numerous complaints from users, it is evident that there has been a complete lack of action on your part to address these problems.

It is unacceptable that a widely used app continues to malfunction without any clear communication or resolution from your team. Users rely on this app for essential features, and your negligence is causing significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues. It is high time that you prioritize user feedback and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the quality of your applications.

I expect a prompt response and a clear plan of action to resolve these ongoing problems.

I cannot genuinely recommend this product because of the ongoing delays in addressing numerous bugs. It feels as though Google has already received our payment and is indifferent to the concerns of dissatisfied customers. (Pass on to Google Team)

Thank you, MarioSFitbit, for your prompt response. The moderators do a commendable job of addressing user concerns, but they are unable to resolve the underlying issues. I can only imagine how frustrated they must feel, just like the rest of us users.

Foget RELAX. I just went through days/hours with Google who told me the new FItbits were sold at authorized sellers.  What is the base FIrmware from the new one I bought at Best Buy (authorized seller)...the same as the firmware on the cheapie  bought from Walmart (unauthorized seller, I learned) which Google support told me was a problem because they had OLD product that wouldn't update properly.

OK, so guess what? The "new" FULL PRICE one from Best Buy had the update come through and I noted the old firmware...And guess, what, after two synchs, it is now "LOOKING"  and can't synch. The same issues as with the cheapie.  Update 214.24.

Do I really have to mess with this AGAIN????  I'm ready to ditch Fitbit. I don't want a "replacement" that could be "new" or "refurbished" that Google offers EVEN IF YOU BUY NEW on their store, according to the Google agents I've spoken too. I want my money back!

Shame on Google!

I am disappointed with Google!

The place of purchase should not affect the support for a product. I bought this device primarily to use the Relax app, and it is less than eight weeks old. It is Google's responsibility to ensure that the software functions as advertised. Retailers are not accountable for software or firmware updates.

This is a matter for Google, not the retailers!

Moderators please clarify the warranty period for the Inspire 3. Is Google responsible for fixing this app?

The Google support people confirmed it's 1 year.
