Missing data

For the last week or so:

calorie count is way low

zero zone minutes

zero cardio load…

any thoughts on how to fix this?

Check your fitbit weight, that you have not accidentally set it way too low, say a misplaced decimal point or wrong units.

Also check that you are getting heartrate readings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I checked the weight - it’s fine but I only use an inspire 3 - no heartrate
readings.

Inspire 3. Sorry, I missed that.  The Inspire 3 can be used either in Clip Mode (no heart rate readings), or Wrist Mode with heart rate readings and should be set accordingly.  I have seen of people getting the Clip/Wrist Mode setting getting switched accidentally, probably in Quick Settings.  Access Quick Settings by swiping down from clock face.

I wear it in clip mode. It was working fine & then those three data points
stopped working.

So just make sure it is still set for clip mode. That's all I got.
