Inspire 3 Relax tips?

Y'all. How on earth am I supposed to do the relax app? I've tried inhaling and exhaling fully with the circle (which makes me hyperventilate), I've tried breathing like I did during the calibration, just in time with the circle, and I've tried changing my breathing speed and depth to better match the circles in a lot of fine-tune ways. It always says I have low alignment. What am I supposed to do? Also, it says "Purple is good"- is the circle supposed to be/get purple?

I can't believe this dang relaxation app is so stressful lol

Hi, @dumit , unfortunately I have exactly the same issue with the Relax app on every Fitbit I have tried.  If I breathe in time with the circle I am forced to breathe too fast, and I also hyperventilate.  Most people seem to get along just fine with it, but I have seen a few other posts like yours - it seems it just doesn’t work for some people.  I have a fairly slow breathing rate normally - my Fitbit records around 12 breaths per minute, and apparently that’s good - so maybe that’s the reason…

Unfortunately I have not found a way to make the app work for me.

To answer your specific question - yes, if the app thinks you are compliant the screen will become purple (and sparkly!)

So sorry not to have a better solution for you, but welcome to the Community Forums!
