Inspire 3 not synching

Hello Community, I. need some help. My Inspire 3 is not synching with my iPhone. I have tried the instructions on the Fitbit website, update the app on my iPhone and it's still not synching. Any ideas, please? Thank you, Natalie

I’m having the same issue.  I have to constantly Forget This Device in my Bluetooth settings and then pair again to get it to sync.  But it only syncs that one time, if I want to sync in 30 minutes, I have to Forget Device and re-pair again.  It’s getting annoying.

and ... I asked my iPhone to forget the Fitbit and now it can't find it ... 😞 ...

My Inspire 3 stopped syncing or recognizing my android phone on 12/16. I can temporarily fix it by "adding a new device" which is actually the same device but at least it will then send a code and get me back up. But it has happened every day since (4 days so far). I have tried accepting and installing the new firmware but no change. All my other Bluetooth devices are fine. I had done nothing different before this started.

Having exactly same issue, for last few days Inspire 3 not being recognised by any device.

I'm having the same issue. I noticed the incorrect date on my fitbit and tried to sync it to my iPhone.  Now I can not connect to my phone. I get the 4 digit code to pair them and I continue to get failed connection. There is no fitbit support anymore... how do we address the technical issues?

Hey maybe try restarting the Fitbit. You can do this by putting your Fitbit in the charger and holding the sides until you see the Fitbit logo. If this doesn't work go into the watch's settings and restart it. If this doesn't help contact Fitbit.

My FitBit just up and started syncing again out of the blue last night.  I didn’t do anything.
