Inspire 3 not auto recognizing gym workouts

My Inspire 3 will not recognize any gym workouts (bikes/treadmill). I don’t use an elliptical but can’t set up specific activities.

Hello, @Danat1 I'm glad to see you around, welcome to the community!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the auto detection of your workouts on your Inspire 3. I'd recommend doing the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Inspire 3
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App

Let me know how it goes, thanks for your efforts!

I tried your suggestions but no success. Restarted the device, reset the bluetooth and no result. The device does not have a setting to reset activities or add specific gym workout types. Very disappointed in Fitbit's performance so far.

@Danat1 your Fitbit is able to automatically recognize the following activities: Walk, Run, Outdoor Bike, Elliptical, Sport, Aerobic Workout, and Swimming. Stationary bike and treadmill are not on that list, so they would not be recognized. Are you able to start tracking those workout sessions manually?
