I have had my Inspire 3 for 5 days. I am not getting the Alert to Move notification when I haven't walked 250 steps before 10 minutes to the hour. Yes, it is set up correctly. I changed the vibration level from normal to strong. When I reached 10,000 steps that day, my device about jumped off my wrist! It still doesn't vibrate at 10 to the hour. To me, this is a very important feature. I tend to get so absorbed in things that an hour can easily go by without my walking at all. Hence, the need for the vibration. Since it is set up correctly, how can I fix this?
FYI: My Inspire 2 stopped vibrating two weeks after I bought it four years ago. It never did get fixed. I don't want a repeat of that.
