Inspire 3 - Reorder Exercises after update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just updated my Inspire 3 and now the "Exercise" screen on the device shows all 35 exercise options. How can I re-order these to put my most used at the top. E.g., I track "Yoga" every day and now it's all the way at the bottom of the options.

Hi @PlantCurious     As you use your Inspire 3, that list will separate itself into your recently used shortcuts and everything else.  That scroll all the way to the bottom should be a one and done to have yoga at the top.

This doesn't solve the problem as it has the top 3 and the rest you scroll for. It says on the app you can save 6 and since the update you only have access to your last 3. Not great for those of us who do a lot of variety. How is this resolved and if not why change it?

Ugh. Yes, prior to the "update" I had my Top 6 as my view and regularly use all 6. This looks like a poor "improvement" to something that was working well and customizable.

@Noveltyboy   @PlantCurious   Fitbit Product Experts aren't employees, but I'm pretty sure this was done to make the Inspire 3 consistent with other models.  Fitbit explained that this was done so users wouldn't have to go back and forth in the app. My Sense 2 will show the last five in the recents.  I had no idea that the Inspire 3 only has the last three.

I would be disappointed, too.

You can send feedback directly to Fitbit in the Fitbit app by tapping on your profile picture, then Send feedback.  Fitbit doesn't respond.
